Former county councillor Art Squire passes Poll Yes Funeral services for former Cypress County councillor Art Squire will be held on Friday. Squire served as the councillor for Ward 1 (Hilda and Schuler) from 2013-2017. He died on Feb. 5 of cancer at the age of 77.
