Arvind SmartSpaces reported its highest-ever sales at Rs 1,107 crore in 2023-24, up 38% from the previous year. The companys net profit increased 62% to Rs 41.6 crore, while revenue from operations grew 33% to Rs 341 crore. The company acquired new projects with a topline potential of Rs 4,150 crore, and is set to deepen its presence in Gujarat, Bengaluru, and Maharashtra. Demand optimism in residential markets is expected to continue in the medium term.

During 2023-24 fiscal year, Arvind SmartSpaces net profit increased to Rs 41.57 crore from Rs 25.60 crore in the preceding year.
