Hcltech Asap Group Acquisition: IT major HCLTech has announced its acquisition of German automotive engineering services provider ASAP Group for EUR 251 million. The deal, subject to regulatory approvals, is set to close by September 2023. ASAP specializes in future-oriented automotive technologies, serving OEMs and tier-I suppliers in Germany. HCLTech aims to scale ASAPs capabilities globally and reinforce its commitment to the German market.
