On scene three hours ago when the wheelchair was still on the sidewalk. The person in it was pronounced dead. The people were dragracing. One of the one of the cars went to the fence and the driver and passenger in that car also taken to mentor was serious and minor injuries. The witnesses say that the second driver ran away.
