Police on Saturday arrested a 23-year-old man accused of firing a loaded pistol in Lake in the Hills.
Travious O. Brown-Utley is charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, reckless discharge of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a Firearm Owner s Identification card, possession of ammunition without a FOID card and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Officers were called at 3:43 a.m. to the 900 block of Mesa Drive for a report of shots fired, Lake in the Hills Police Department spokeswoman Ashley Eccles said.
