Church in South Carolina. Authorities say they dont know how this fire started at the Mount Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church in greeleyville. It is an hours drive north of charleston. Thats where nine people were killed last month in a racially motivated church at another black church. To put this in context for you. This is not the first time this particular church has burned. In 1995 members of the ku klux klan torched the previous building in a series of church fires that swept lu the south. Despite all of this the churchs elder said he doesnt want to pass judgment. I need to withhold an opinion until an investigation has taken place. And again, we had heard there were two or three Christian Churches burned in the last two weeks.
