Wirral man, 38, charged with drug offences A 38-year-old man from Oxton has been charged with drug offences. Ashur Thomas, of Osborne Road, has been charged with Conspiracy to Supply Class A and Class B drugs following his arrest yesterday. He has been remanded in custody to appear in Wirral Adult Remand Court today.
