Lots of rain across the area. There are some spots getting a bit of a break, but not in south jersey and central new jersey. Its steady rainfall for most locations there. And a bit of light fog, but nothing serious, as fog is concerned, this morning. And no icy conditions for most of the area. Its the pocono mountains thats seen a mix of rain and freezing rain, but its tapered off there. Its in the 40s for wilmington, philadelphia and across delaware and most of south jersey. And the temperatures will be climbing. In spite of rain, 46 degrees at 9 00, then 50 degrees at lunchtime, into the middle 50s this afternoon. Good morning, bill, yeah, its been raping for some time out here. Were at logan circle and ill step out of the way so you can see what is going on out here. Not too many cars or people out and about in center city at this hour, but we do see that rain falling. Its a little bit lighter right now, and of course, as you mentioned, those temperatures are a little bit higher this morning, so that water as it hits the ground is not freezing, at least right now. So, things are looking pretty good out here in terms of that, but it is still wet. The roads are a little slick as we were coming in, so just be careful if you are heading out on the roads. We do see that one vehicle out there just taking it slow, taking it easy, and the folks who are out here, they have the umbrellas, theyve got the hooded jackets, just making sure that they are prepared for the wet weather this morning. And because there are only a few cars out here, hopefully, the traffic situation on the major roads is not too bad
