Nineteen people who were admitted to various hospitals in Kashmir with COVID-19 infection died today. With these fresh deaths, the death toll in Jammu and Kashmir has reached 2,227 and the active cases continue to increase while the recovery rate is decreasing with each passing day. Those who died today of COVID-19 include an 85-year-old man from Gori Mohalla Brein Nishat in Srinagar. He was admitted at SKIMS Soura in Srinagar and passed away last night.
