Out, it doesnt mean it is a done deal. greek parliament has to pass austerity reforms including tax hikes and pension changes and thats what the greek voters rallied against. the greece parliament will take up the issue on wednesday. and several countries in the european union has to put this deal in front of their parliament. greece will remain in the euro zone and that brings short- term stability. but the bail out lasts three years and many wonder if they will be staring down this same crisis...
