Nebraska welder, Tanner Danielson, 31, was sentenced to up to 90 years in prison after he tortured a man with a blowtorch and hung him on a forklift, and raped a woman, over stolen cartel drugs.

Tanner Danielson, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced for abducting, torturing and branding a man he believed stole 50 pounds of cartel marijuana from his house.

One of two defendants were sentenced Wednesday in the kidnapping, brutal beating and torture of another man and the sexual assault of a woman in 2022.

Before sending a man to prison for decades, a Lancaster County judge called the case involving kidnapping, torture and rape "one of the most heinous" she has come across.
