Following aggravations of assault with a knife in february of this year. The newest case, said she was waiting for an uber at the time of the assault. By the time the Police Showed up the victim and assailant were gone. The victim recognized vincent from the coverage of the recent incident. The judge did not order vincent to go to jail following his initial arrest last week but he is now in custody following the latest allegations. We obtained the arrest warrant for him friday night. We knew he was in a treatment program. We were able to determine he was in the program over the weekend based on the gps monitor results. We spoke to the public defender. We had an arrest warrant and the arrangement was made he would ton himself in this morning. Mr. Victim vincent has been in compliance with the court orders.
