The Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR) filed a lawsuit Thursday against a printing company in Brainerd for allegedly failing to stop a supervisor from sexually assaulting and harassing employees. 

Sheridan, formerly known as Bang Printing, is accused of promoting a supervisor despite knowing of the sexual assault and harassment accusations.

CJK Group has acquired book printing company Worzalla, of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, which will be renamed Sheridan Worzalla. The 365,000-sq.-ft. book manufacturing facility employs approximately 340 workers. CJK Group is also closing its Lawrence, Kansas, printing plant.
