Sustainability can seem a bit surreal until it becomes something tangible. With many companies looking to drive down emissions to mitigate climate change, new products that roll off the production line are now causing less harm to the environment during their lifecycles.

Why did you choose construction as a career? I have always had a passion for the natural world and an interest in wildlife. I remember large collections of books and hundreds of sketches of lots of types of animals when I was young. I was always keen to understand how things worked and the minute detail of integrated systems and how these related to one another.
