Amber L. Moore, CPA, has been promoted to partner at Goldblatt Bokoff LLC of Norwich. Moore, who joined the firm in 2011, has been active on various committees of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and was recently elected to the CTCPA Board of Directors and as Chair of the Advisory Council.
