Richard, when you frame it, like i did, it sounds like a no-brainer that president obama would be paying attention to urban america but i think when you sort of look at the incentive game in politics, i notice in the 2012 elections really i think pointed towards this the democratic basin creasingly is concentrated really in cities and metropolitan areas. obama in victory this year won fewer counties than michael dukakis while wiped out national 25 years ago. it strikes me little incentive that r...
