Dear Editor: As a bon a fide Tahoe local (I’ve lived in Tahoe for the majority of my life - I left after high school to go to college and decided to return home to start my career and raise a family). I’ve learned and seen that it usually takes working two jobs or one job more than 40 hours to make a go of it.
