Picking up that concrete and debris threat potentially making that unstable structure fall in a direction that would have bee crew on the ground. so now that they are back searching, weens that this will allow them to search an area especially close to the remaining structure that up until that point they could not access because of the instability of the buildings. but of course we are talking about more than a week now since the initial collapse. that raises a lot of questions for the families...
