Police came here and found two women. A 51yearold woman shot in the hand and found in the lobby of the building, and a 36yearold was found inside an apartment. She had a gunshot wound to her torso and was pronounced dead at the scene. We have learned she was longs girlfriend. I spoke to yolanda who said that was her daughter joanne.
