Should have a say in. I dont think that something should be this quickly disseminated like that. I think that the state attorney should if theres ever a case for the this is a premeditated murder of 17 innocent people at a school. I think that the state attorney i cannot imagine that he would simply agree to that without getting strong input from the community and from the families.
