Waste in a trench that collapsed around 12 30 this afternoon. The victim is identified as 41yearold esparza who works for star rooter and plumbing. He was trying to attach it to a hole and main sewage pipe under the street. The main sewage pipe was buried so deep they had to build a long, narrow trench 13 feet down.
