The man accused of killing Oklahoma County Sgt. Bobby Swartz in 2022 will be forcibly medicated, as per a recent court order.

Another competency hearing was pushed back for the man accused of killing an Oklahoma County sheriff's deputy.

Plank was found to have delusions caused by mental illness that would interfere with his ability to "rationally assist his attorney in his defense."
