Roomate Arrested In Connection to the Death of 5-Year Old Samuel Olson
KTRK in Houston reports that 27 year old Benjamin D. Rivera, the roommate of Theresa Balboa, turned himself in to the Harris County Jail this morning and has now been charged in connection with the death of 5 year old Samuel Olson. Bond was set at $100,000. The body of the child was found in a room at the Best Western Motel on Highway 190, in Jasper, where Balboa was staying on June 1st.
