A Florida judge has ordered Benpac Holding Inc. to pay $22 million to Clearwater, Fla.-based mold maker and injection molder American Tool & Mold Inc. for breaching a settlement agreement related to a failed 2019 acquisition.

Less than a year after its Amsler Equipment unit went out of business, Benpac says it is back in the North American bottle market.

Lighthouse Packaging LLC finally got a spin trimmer after Lectro Engineering Co. Inc. swooped in to fill the order that had fallen through the cracks during Amsler's shutdown.
