Barrow man accused of racially aggravated harassment to appear in court
COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates Court A BARROW man is due to face court after he was accused of racially-aggravated harassment. Bernard John Devlin, 67, is alleged to have used threatening or abusive behaviour against two people in Barrow on August 22. He is to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court to face charges on Tuesday and faces two charges of racially/religiously-aggravated harassment and one of harassment.
