Before Bernard Patrick O'Rourke passed away, he came up with a surprise for the hundreds of people who would attend his memorial service. Bernard, or "B. Pat" as he was affectionately known, purchased 400 gift cards, each worth $25. But the recipients couldn't keep them for themselves.
