'This is a proud day': 50 Navy recruits get served Thanksgiving meals in Palatine
Fifty sailors from the Naval Station Great Lakes in Lake County got a warm welcome and were served Thanksgiving meals Thursday by volunteers at the American Legion Post 690 in Palatine.
