E-bike ban on town paths rejected, outside lighting regulations approved on second night of Town Meeting
(May 8, 2023 ) Just over three and a half hours into the second session of Nantuckets 2023 Annual Town Meeting Monday night, voters by a single vote approved changing the makeup of the Nantucket Planning & Economic Development Commission, approved new outdoor lighting regulations and rejected a ban on electric bicycles and scooters on town paths and sidewalks.
