Vishal Garg is returning to his position as CEO of Better.com after a month-long break.

According to an internal memo seen by TechCrunch, the board of directors at Better.com said it was "moving forward with strong, dynamic CEO leadership."

The company said it had conducted a “thorough, independent” review of its culture.

Garg spent his time off reflecting on his leadership, reconnecting with company values and working with an executive coach, per an internal memo.
