The new districts for Texas high school football, basketball and volleyball were released on Thursday morning by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) as part of a biennial tradition that takes changing enrollment into consideration for its member 6A-1A schools.

The top high school football players from across the nation in the 2024 class are coming together to play an all-star game at the Alamodome on Saturday afternoon.

The No. 1 Steele Knights football program (12-1-0) is prepared to meet Dripping Springs (11-2-0) in the Class 6A Division II regional final this Saturday inside the Alamodome.

Fans are in the stands and on the sidelines this fall perfectly capturing touchdowns and scores.

Friday night football action will start a bit later for San Antonio’s two largest school districts.

The 2nd Annual KSAT Pigskin Classic will feature the Uvalde Coyotes taking on the Jefferson Mustangs during Saturday’s second game. The clash of symbols will join the clash of helmets at the second annual KSAT Pigskin Classic this weekend as high school bands perform over four different halftime shows.
