Patients at a Bracknell surgery have hit out after receiving a ‘rude and impersonal’ letter forcing them to leave the practice.

A GP practice reopened its doors on August 14 after relocating into the local community centre.

A recent patient survey has revealed that over the past year patients overall experience satisfaction has dropped at a substantial rate.

  All patients at these practices will be booked in for their vaccine at Ringmead Medical Practice’s Birch Hill Medical Centre.
