SAJ Food Products, the maker of Bisk Farm biscuits, aims to achieve Rs 5,000 crore in revenues by fiscal year 2029 and may consider going public by then, according to Managing Director Vijay Singh. The firm, which obtained 80% of its sales from the Eastern region, recently constructed a Guwahati plant with a monthly capacity of 10,000 tonnes and an annual capacity of 300,000 tonnes.
