WINONA LAKE – The 12th annual Blackburn Run 4 Others will take place on June 19.   The event hosts both a 5K Run/Walk and a 10K run. Race day registration and packet pickup begins at 7:30 a.m. and the race begins at 9 a.m. Registration cost $25 until June 6 when it increases to $32, according to a news release.
