West Chicago will celebrate spring with its 22nd Blooming Fest on Saturday in downtown.

This weekend, West Chicago kicks off its 22nd annual Blooming Fest in the city's downtown area.

West Chicagos Food Festival returns on Saturday, Aug. 27, to the historic downtown area with 23 food and beverage vendors, along with live music and fun activities for all ages.

The West Chicago Blooming Fest will return on Saturday after a two-year hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The festival will feature loads of plants for sale by the West Chicago Garden Club, plus lots of family activities and entertainment.

One of West Chicagos favorite traditions, Blooming Fest, returns on Saturday, May 21, after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.

After two years of COVID cancellations, gardeners will be happy to know that the West Chicago Garden Club plant sale is back.

The COVID pandemic essentially shut the world down in 2020 and now, two long years later, festivals like the Celebrate Killeen Festival are showing how things are getting back to some semblance of normal.
