The lost painting that launched the career of William B.T. Trego, a disabled American artist, was discovered at a library and sold at auction,

All proceeds from the auction will be going toward the library’s expansion fund. Starting bids range from $5 to $1,000.

The Bloomington Public Library has presented two options for expansion to the city council. One costs $20.7 million, the other $2 million more. The difference is a two-level parking structure.
