May is Maternal Mental Health Month, and Baby Blues Connection is celebrating 30 years of helping parents and their families coping with pregnancy and postpartum.

The Sept. 2 installment of Blues by Budweiser saw renowned Holly Springs, Miss., bluesman Robert Kimbrough Sr. and his band The Blues Connection bring their Hill Country sound to the stage of RJs Sports Grill & Bar.

Postpartum depression affects an estimated 400,000 people a year, and while it often ends on its own within a couple weeks, it can continue for months or even years.
