Bluffton Girl Scouts from Troop 21255 recently enjoyed an impromptu meeting with Mayor Richard Johnson. The girls, who are in grades K-2, were working on the Good Neighbor badge when they bumped into Johnson at Bluffton Town Hall. The girls were advised that Johnson is not only mayor, he's also a grandpa.
