MIDDLETOWN - David W. Glidden, president and CEO of Liberty Bank of Middletown, Connecticut, today announced the hiring of Hope Utterbeck, a longtime, highly-regarded IT leader who joins Liberty as executive vice president and Chief Information Officer, according to a statement.
Utterbeck, who has extensive multi-industry IT experience, comes to Liberty from Webster Bank, where she held the position of Senior Vice President and Director, Business Applications since 2018.
Utterbeck’s extensive IT career began more than 25 years ago with General Electric, holding key leadership roles including CIO of Sourcing & Enterprise Systems, VP of Corporate Staff Systems and IT Digitization Team leader for Global Commercial Applications.
