Effingham, IL / Effingham Radio Dec 21, 2020 4:56 PM Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Bob Utz, with Knights of Columbus Effingham Council No. 665, dropped off a $100 donation to Effingham City Police Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 209 Shop with a Cop Program.
