For almost a century, the storefront at 215 Main Street in Germantown has been a grocery store and a community hub, first as Central Market and later as Otto's. Even after namesake founder Otto Leuschel sold the revitalized business, the provisions market/deli/coffee shop/community headquarters has thrived under new owners.
