Newscast. [ shouting ] protesters angry about last weeks officerinvolved shooting in San Francisco disrupted a Community Meeting this evening. This shooting resulted in the death of 24yearold alice brown. Police say two plainclothed officers were investigating a stolen car, paed at a gas station when they approached her car. They say she took off crashing into buildings and cars. Officers say they shot her to protect bystanders. But the familys attorney may believe she was the one in danger. Theres some suggestions that the officers had not identified themselves as officers and were plainclothed officers and thus coming upon the car, frightened her into a frenzy. Some witnesses have questioned the Police Departments version of events. Others say brown was recklessly putting people and police in danger. This just in police have arrested a man after he allegedly tried to abduct a teenage girl as she walked to school about a block away from deer valley high in antioch. Officers spotted ja
The garage door. But someone from jjr asked the woman to move the car away from there. And as it turned out, into harms way apparently. Were also told that a 4yearold daughter of the victim ran out and saw the whole thing. The trailer went over on top of the woman inside her car. People raised to rescue her including travis. I started helping them dig and i cut up my fingers a little bit. I yelled at them to get a backhoe up there. Thats not enough tractor to pick that truck up. They turned the backhoe around and ripped it off with the backhoe bucket. Reporter the woman was dead inside that vehicle. The deceaseds fiance we are told was inside the house at the time of the accident. Her mother is out here at the scene. I talked to the driver of the gravel truck and he says that he has been doing this for 30 years. And in all that time all those deliveries that he has made he has never rolled a load never drop add load, never overturned his truck. Today was the day that his streak came to
Take a next analytical step with that information and look at all of that body of work, hundreds of thousands of indicators, hundreds of assistance visits and draw i from that the sort of information that can very well income Risk Management decisions inform Risk Management decisions. And weve said, look, from that body of work what are the tactics you most often see, what are the vulnerabilities most often exploited, what are the protective measures most often found lacking, what are the indicators that had been missed that could have could have madea difference. And the real purpose is not to solve cybersecurity. There are always going to be cyber actors who invest a ton of money and build capabilities, but you really want to begin to narrow the risk profile. When the window may have been opened this wide, some of the efforts need the narrow that, perhaps chase away some of the actors because the task is not as ease acitizen it was easy as it was once before.
