With the recent retirement of Carroll Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief, Bob Shields, the Carroll City Council will be asked on Monday to approve adjustments for the department. The recommendation is to have Dan Hannasch take over the role of Assistant Chief as a Captain with Lt. Jeff Cullen being promoted to Captain, Brad Warnke from Training Officer to Lieutenant and Brady Vanderberg from Firefighter to Training Officer.
