The highest snowfall reported to the National Weather Service in Duluth was in Baxter, with one station recording 24.7 inches.

The winter storm, which started Sunday, was more than double the total snowfall Brainerd had received during the 2023-24 winter season, which up until Saturday was 11.9 inches.

A surge of colder air will follow the snow Tuesday night through Thursday morning.
