Favourites reigned supreme in the Buckeye Stallion Series opening leg for three-year-old filly trotters and pacers at Miami Valley Gaming on Wednesday, May 1.

Workinitonbroadway (Chris Page) won the $22,500 Open Trot on a special make-up Wednesday (Feb. 17) program at Miami Valley Raceway. The five-year-old son of Broadway Hall got the best of Weslynn Quest, Another Breath and seven other rivals in 1:54.4. The victory was the 17th for Workinitonbroadway, the Burke Racing-Weaver Bruscemi LLC-owned winner of just under $200,000. Also featured on the program were championship legs of the R. J.
