Planet Fitness, the exercise center franchise headquartered in New Hampshire, has opened its location in Worcester’s Lincoln Plaza at 535 Lincoln St.

CDM Fitness Holdings, a Boston-based SBJ Capital portfolio company, announced on Tuesday that it had acquired three new Planet Fitness locations through a deal with Shane Poirier, CEO of Tristan Enterprises, LLC.

It will be fully equipped, with 120 pieces of cardio equipment, 73 pieces of expansive strength and free weights equipment, stretching and abs workout areas, weights, a training area, and, of course, a "judgment free" zone.
