Charge in sexual assault case to be dismissed if Spicer, Minnesota, man successfully completes probation
Brian Michael Johnson, 21, of Spicer, was sentenced Monday in Kandiyohi County District Court to ten years of probation and a 90-day jail sentence beginning in February. Prosecutors agreed to a stay of adjudication after he pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in November.
