Similarly, for trains like Shatabdi or Brindavan Express, the travel time will decrease from six hours to five hours and 30 minutes.

Railway officials said if run to full capacity, the train can reach Chennai from Bengaluru in just three hours, at a maximum speed of 160km per hour
