Quarterly maintenance work at Hootagalli, Metagalli, and Hebbal power distribution centres will cause power disruption in north and west Mysuru on Sunday between 9.30am and 6pm.

The colonies of HDMC's ward no. 48 are facing a slew of problems. They lack good roads, proper drainage systems, water supply problems and other basic amenities in the area. Residents complain that HDMC is not maintaining the proper garbage disposal routine here. Garbage is thrown everywhere, especially on the main road corners. Despite numerous requests from residents, basic amenities have not been provided by civic authorities.

Mysuru: Owing to second quarterly emergency maintenance works, power supply will be disrupted on October 8 between 10am and 5pm in the following areas.
