LITTLE ROCK -- The Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund will honor local volunteers Dorothy Morris and the Presbyterian Women of First Presbyterian Church of Hot Springs on Tuesday at The Lunch Break, at City Center in Little Rock, for their "outstanding generosity" and commitment to single parent success.
