Francel Parker insists his son Levion, 20, survived because hes a master diver who works on a commercial fishing boat.

Officials said the ship was 57 miles from Great Inagua when the man jumped over the side of the ship, according to United Press International.

Francel Parker, whose son Levion Parker, 20, is still missing after going overboard the Royal Caribbean cruise ship on April 4, wants to know how his son managed to get so drunk.

"I believe he is alive," Francel Parker told a local newspaper. The father of a Florida man who went overboard from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship a week ago is convinced his son is still alive and did not commit suicide, adding that his son is a "master diver.
